The five things everyone asks.
Who pays whom?
The company pays the trainer directly by bank transfer against the trainer's GST invoice, and records the UTR on CorpGurus so the trainer can see the status. Escrow is optional for companies that want CorpGurus to hold the amount until delivery.
When does the purchase order come?
As soon as the trainer signs the work order, the company can issue a PO from it in one click. The trainer accepts the PO and invoices against it; invoices can never exceed the PO value.
How is GST handled?
Trainers store their GSTIN, PAN and bank details once. Every invoice works out CGST/SGST or IGST from the two states, prints the amount in words and the bank block, and downloads as a PDF. Trainers without GST registration invoice without tax.
What if the trainer does not show up, or the company does not pay?
Either side raises a dispute from the work order or invoice. Both parties reply on one thread, CorpGurus staff review it and record a decision. Reputation scores reflect delivered engagements, so history follows people.
Is our data safe?
Bank details and secrets are encrypted at rest, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, day rates are visible only to signed-in companies, and your data can be exported or deleted from Settings at any time.
