For freelance corporate trainers
Corporate batches at your rate, with a PO before you start and a payment you can trace.
You are good at the training. CorpGurus takes care of the rest: finding the work, the contract, the GST invoice, and the follow-up that usually eats your evenings. The platform never takes a cut of the engagement.
How it works
From profile to paid in six steps.
01
Build a profile that gets verified
Skills, cities, delivery modes, day-rate range and certificates. Import from your LinkedIn PDF in one go. Staff verify certificates and PAN; the badge puts you first in search.
02
Get notified, apply with a rate
Requirements matching your skills reach you the moment they are posted, with the estimated value of the engagement. Apply with a proposed rate and a short note.
03
Sign the work order, receive the PO
Once awarded, the company sends a work order you sign online, then a purchase order. You never start a batch on a verbal promise again.
04
Deliver and keep records
Mark attendance per day, collect anonymous learner feedback with a link. Both are attached to your invoice and feed your reputation score.
05
Invoice in two clicks
Your GSTIN, PAN and bank details are stored once. Invoices are generated against the PO with the right tax split, numbered per financial year, PDF attached.
06
Track the payment
See the invoice move from received to in process to paid, with the expected date, the UTR and TDS recorded. Credit notes and a ledger when you need them.
What changes for you
The things an agency used to keep.
- Your full day rate. Companies see your range once they sign in and pay what you quote. No 30 percent disappearing in the middle.
- A reputation that is yours. Client ratings, learner feedback, delivered engagements and repeat hires roll into one score companies sort by. It follows you, not the agency.
- Documents in your name. Your invoice number series, your legal name and address, your bank block. Downloadable PDFs for your CA.
- Somewhere to turn. If a company does not pay or moves the goalposts, raise a dispute. Staff review it and record a decision both sides receive.
The paper trail
Every engagement, documented.
01
Requirement
Company posts the batch: audience, dates, budget per day. Matching trainers are notified within a minute.
02
Award
Trainers apply with a proposed rate. The company shortlists, interviews if needed, and awards one.
03
Work order
Days, rate, venue and terms in a numbered document both sides sign online. Nothing starts without it.
04
Purchase order
The company issues a GST-aware PO against the work order, so finance has a document before day one.
05
Invoice
The trainer raises a compliant tax invoice against the PO: CGST/SGST or IGST worked out, PDF attached.
06
Paid
Received, in process, then paid with the UTR and TDS recorded. Attendance and feedback sit beside it.

Why this exists
Built by a trainer who lived the problem.
From the founder
“I have delivered corporate training for years. The training was never the hard part. Chasing a PO, arguing about GST on an invoice, and waiting months for a payment nobody could trace, that was.”
CorpGurus is the platform I wanted as a trainer and the one I would have trusted as a buyer: every engagement on a signed work order, every invoice against a PO, every payment with a UTR, and a neutral party if something goes wrong. No agency in the middle taking a cut.
